Greg Brackett

Greg Brackett is the chief executive officer for UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital – North. In this role since June 2024, Greg is responsible for overall management of the hospital from quality care to program development. Additionally, he ensures the hospital meets all standards for certification and licensure and remains in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Greg has served in the inpatient rehabilitation for the past seven years. Prior to joining UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital – North, he was employed at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland, where he served as director of therapy operations for over two years as well as serving as lead physical therapist and staff physical therapist. Greg began his career beginning as a staff physical therapist for Physio in Peachtree City, Georgia.

He earned a bachelor of science degree from Georgia Southern University, a master of business administration from the University of West Georgia and his doctorate in physical therapy from Armstrong State University. He is a member of the North Florida Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
